The Temps system provides immediate additional bed capacity for triage during a MCI (mass casualty incident) or routine Emergancy Department surge overflow. The Temps system consists of an easy to assemble, knock-down patient gurney and a color coded, visual indicator that provides critical triage information to medical personnel at a single glance.
The TEMPS bed was developed in conjuction with leading experts in the field of trauma and emergency medical care and has proven its effectiveness in rigorous multi-casualty situations in hospitals across the U.S. The TEMPS Bed is constructed of the highest quality poly-resin structural tubing which will not chip, dent, peel, fade or sustain bacterial growth. The patient is supported by a vinyl coated polyester mesh that is tension adjustable, removable and easily decontaminated.
The mobile transport and storage cart, with dust cover, hold 5 Temps beds in the space of 1, and can be easily moved to any location within the hospital or triage area.
