Recommendations:
Always wear a flotation device when exercising in water.
Warm up on land before starting in water.
Start exercises slowly and increase at your own pace.
Never ignore pain. Exercising in water should not cause pain.
Monitor proper body alignment.
Breathing should be deep and rhythmic while exercising.
For increased muscle elasticity, exercise in water between 82 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit.

For aqua aerobics exercisers, the Water Walkers provide a better aquatic workout with less body stress and more effective calorie burn. Strap the fifteen and a half inch long 'flipper' to the feet to increase water resistance and to isolate and build endurance and strength in core muscle groups. Flaps on the sides of the water walkers flip up and create drag or resistance when pushed down through water. When pulled up, the flaps drop.

Exercisers should wear a flotation belt or vest while using the Water Walkers.
