If you want to place an order of $500 or more, just fill out the form and apply for the short term Medical Equipment Lease-To-Own Program. You could be qualified for payments as low as $14 a month. With these low monthly payments anyone can afford the medical equipment they need. We are happy to offer an alternate form of payment that could help so many people.
