How long will the gel packs stay hot?
In general, each gel pack will stay hot for about 15 minutes when microwaved on HIGH for one minute or boiled for 30 seconds.

How do I cool the gel packs?
The gel packs should be placed flat in the freezer for two hours or more to use as a cold pack. Use tongs or a towel to handle the gel packs after heating and NEVER place the gel packs directly on your skin.

How long will the gel packs stay cold?
In general, each gel pack will stay cold for about 30 minutes when frozen for two hours.
