Delivery Information

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order. 

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 1:00 PM (CST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery. 

Drop Ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and delivery times will vary.

Back Ordered merchandise will ship as soon as the item becomes available.

Ocelco will provide proof of delivery at you request. The fee for proof of delivery is $15 if the customer received the package, no charge if it was lost in delivery. Be absolutely sure you did not receive the package before calling for proof of delivery.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Orders may be canceled without charge providing your request is received prior to shipment. If the merchandise has been shipped there will be up to a 35 % restocking fee, plus all freight charges incurred. Please get cancellation conformation to avoid these charges.

OTHER ORDER INFORMATION

We reserve the right to split shipments. We sell on first come first serve basis. Where available, substitutions will be shipped if the product ordered is not available or discontinued.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. 

All returns must be labeled with a return authorization number which can be obtained from our customer service department. Claims for shortage, breakage or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short. All returns are subject up to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.
