CanDo WalSlide Slim 2.0, Exercise Station Accessory, Sliding Anchor

This Sliding Anchor was designed as an accessory to the CanDo WalSlide Slim 2.0 Exercise Station. As one Sliding Anchor comes included with the exercise station unit, this will be an addition or replacement. The WalSlide Slim is a wall-mounted, lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing but the anchor is the key to its effectiveness. That's because the anchor glides along the center channel of the WalSlide and can be locked in place at any height along the channel. Once secure, users can attach bands or tubing and begin working out. The unit is fantastic for decreasing shoulder pain and increasing shoulder range-of-motion. Because both the unit and the anchor are height adjustable, the WalSlide can also be used for lower body workouts targeting the ankles, knees and hips. Simple to install and needing only a screwdriver to make adjustments, the WalSlide is a terrific addition to any home gym. Please note, this is the WalSlide Slim Sliding Anchor only. WalSlide Slim Exercise Station, exercise bands, tubing and mounting hardware are available separately. Compatible with exercise band and tubing accessories such as fitness bars and handles. Raising and lowering the anchor changes the difficulty and effectiveness of the exercise being performed. Can be used standing or sitting, allowing users to focus their work on the upper or lower body and advance at a pace comfortable to them. While designed to work with CanDo brand exercise tubing and bands, the WalSlide Slim and Anchor will work with nearly all exercise tubing and bands. Easy to clean needing just a warm damp cloth and some mild soap.
