The best ferromagnetic detector to protect the MRI suite. FerrAlert leading edge technology provides the most reliable detection and prevention of ferromagnetic threats from entering the MRI room (Zone IV). FerrAlert detectors are recognized to be the most accurate ferromagnetic detectors for MRI, due to their exclusive location-specific feature. The New Plus Package dramatically reduces alarm fatigue by not alarming on the MRI door and ferromagnetic objects exiting the MRI room. In addition, FerrAlert HALO II Plus accepts our new FerrAlert Encompass accessory. The FerrAlert Encompass Ferromagnetic threat detector automatically detects and logs unintended ferromagnetic objects entering Zone IV. FerrAlert HALO II provides significant assistance in the prevention of serious injury to patients and staff or equipment damage. Our New Visual Advanced Warning Technology alerts on the approach of ferromagnetic threats to Zone IV, well before the portal is reached. The greater the threat, the further away the warning is activated.

FerrAlert Encompass

The FerrAlert Encompass Ferromagnetic threat detector automatically detects and logs unintended ferromagnetic objects entering Zone IV. It is the only system that provides a photographic stream and does not require manual logging, thus allowing the technologists to perform uninterrupted patient care without wasting time with self-reporting. It also allows for the analysis of safety trends that can be shared throughout the entire hospital system. The data analysis software allows effortless generation of reports for The Joint Commission inspections. The FerrAlert Encompass can greatly assist with the new requirements for The Joint Commission compliance.

The greater the threat, the further away the warning is activated. The audio alarm is activated only at the threshold if advanced visual warning was ignored.
