Red Z Spill Control Solidifiers

Red Z comes in a variety of packaging options including the popular flip top shaker bottle, designed for controlled distribution of powder onto a spill. Our unique immobilization technology makes Red Z one of the leading spill control solutions in the industry. One ounce solidifies over one liter of water based fluid.

Spill Control Solidifier (Superabsorbent Polymer, Sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione) First developed by Safetec in the late 1980s, Red Z Solidifier was used to help prevent infection during the Aids epidemic. Unexpected spills can happen anytime, anywhere - no matter what type of industry. With the use of Red Z, you can reduce the risks from improper spill cleanup by relying on the solidifying agent to do the hard work for you.

Directions for Use
Wear appropriate protective clothing. Sprinkle Red Z evenly over spill. Allow sufficient time for solidification to occur. Remove solidified material with scoop and scraper (or similar tool) and place in an appropriate container. Clean and disinfect contaminated areas after use and wash thoroughly.

Expiration Dating
Red Z is shelf stable and does not require an expiration date. In order for the product to remain shelf stable, it must be kept in a cool, dry place and in its original packaging. (If contents are hard/compact, simply shake the product to loosen, before use.)
